Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (KAFO)

DX: Muscular imbalance and/or weakness, knee instability, genu recurvatuum, genu valgum/ varum, polio, post-polio, spinal cord injury, MS, CVA, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, Guillain Barre Syndrome, trauma, total knee replacement.

Features: Provides stability and/ or assists functionality of the knee, ankle and foot complex. Can be fabricated from plastic, carbon composites, hybrid variations, leather and metal. Provides rigid support to the anatomical structures and reduces torsion of the orthosis and components.
